Then, click on the login button in the upper-right corner of the homepage. Insert your login information (email/phone number and password) to access the seller account dashboard.

Go to “Products” from the dashboard to see your existing products or to add a new product. Click on “Add New Product” and insert all the information in the required fields. You can choose the suitable option for your product(s) from the “Category” field. There is also a “Brand” field to include products under certain brand names. You can add more brands by clicking on the plus (+) sign beside the “Brand” field.

Insert the unit of the product you will be selling (i.e. Pc, KG, etc.). The “Minimum Purchase Qty” is to determine how many products or how much of the product buyer can buy at the least. In the “Tags” section, write down words that are related to your product so people can find them easily while browsing. Separate each tag with a space. Make sure the refundable option is “green” or “on” if the product you are adding can be refunded or exchanged. If it is non-refundable, then keep the option “off” or “grey.”

Turn “on” the “Free Shipping” option if you are offering free shipping with the product. A lot of sellers choose free shipping for a limited time to promote their products. In the “Product Images” section, choose pictures related to your product for the buyers to see when they click on the product. You can use downloaded images or download new images of your product from the internet as you move to this option.

Click on “Browse” from “Product Images” and go to “Upload New.” You can see “Browse” there once again. Click on that and find the image you want to upload with your product from the drive folder of your device. You can also drag and drop the image in the “Upload New” section. Once the image is uploaded, go to “Select File” and choose the image you just uploaded. After choosing the image, click on the “Add File” button at the bottom.

Then add an image following the same steps for the “Thumbnail” section. Thumbnail is the first image of your product that shows up while browsing. It is the first image a buyer will see before clicking on the product. So make sure it represents the product clearly.

In the “Product Videos” option, you can link a video of the product for the buyer to watch. You can choose a video from Youtube if you want. It is an optional step. Turn “on” the “Product Variation” button if your product is available in more than one color. Choose the available colors from the “Colors” field.

Move to the “Pricing and Stock” section and set the unit price of your product. You can also select a discount on the product for a limited time. The discount can be set by a specific amount or a percentage. You will find different rows for the different variations of your product. Insert different letters in the “SKU” (stock keeping unit) to differentiate the variants of the product. Under “Quantity”, insert the number of products you have in stock for that specific variation. You can upload images again following the same steps for “Product Images.” Here, you can choose different images to show off the different colors that are available for your product (i.e. red, black, blue, etc.).

In the “Product Short Description” field, you can write down the features of your product for buyers to see. You can use a bulleted or numbered list to write the features. You can write more information about your product in the “Product Description” field.

Once you are done inserting all the information, click on the “Upload Product” button at the bottom. Your product will be uploaded and it will appear in the “Products” section on your dashboard. If you want to make any changes in the product information (i.e. unit price, quantity, etc.), click under “Options” of the product you want to edit from the “Products” list on your account dashboard.

After making the changes, click on the “Update Product” button at the bottom to upload the product with updated information.
