পণ্য ফেরতঃ পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার সাথে সাথে ডেলিভারী ম্যানের সামনে পণ্যটি দেখে নিতে হবে। পণ্যতে কোনো প্রকার ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে সাথে সাথে তা ডেলিভারী ম্যানের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে কোনো প্রকার মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবেনা।
বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্য ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পিয়ারা বাজারের হটলাইন নম্বর/ইমেইল/ফেসবুক পেইজের মাধ্যমে কোনো প্রকার অভিযোগ দাখিল না করলে সেক্ষেত্রে পণ্যটি ফেরত নেয়া হবেনা।
বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবাঃ প্রতিটি পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে তার বিক্রেতা নিজস্ব নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী ওয়ারেন্টি বা গ্যারান্টি সুবিধা প্রদান করে থাকে। এধরনের সুবিধা ভোগের ক্ষেত্রে পিয়ারা বাজারের হটলাইন নম্বর/ইমেইল/ফেসবুক পেইজের মাধ্যমে জানাতে হবে এবং পরবর্তীতে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা তার পণ্য নিজ খরচে পণ্যটি বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা গ্রহণের জন্য প্রেরণ করবেন।
Refund: As soon as the product is received, the product should be inspected in front of the delivery man. If there is any defect in the product, it must be returned immediately through the delivery man. In that case, if the buyer has paid the advance amount, it will be refunded within 05 working days.
In special cases, no refund will be given if no complaint is lodged through Piara Bazar hotline number/email/Facebook page within 72 hours of product delivery.
